ruby tuesday

Here's another fruit in Ruby that we love eating though honestly, we don't always have this at home.
These were given to us by a friend who just came back from Baguio.
We also brought some when we went to Bagiuo but it didn't last that long enough for me to take photos LOL!

And here's my review of RANGO, the latest movie we saw at a cinema house. Here's a brief synopsis of it from IMDb:
 Pic from Google
Rango is an ordinary chameleon who accidentally winds up in the town of Dirt, a lawless outpost in the Wild West in desperate need of a new sheriff.
I don't have any idea of this movie til hubby mentioned to me that our little tot wanted to see this. I am actually waiting for Rio, but since we don't have much plans last weekend, I have decided to bring our little tot to the Festival Mall so she could watch this. I am not sure why this flick doesn't have version in 3D, which I think it will look great in 3D. But 2D was okay too. Initially I thought it was a bit boring, there were some part of the movie that was narrated by three singing birds but as it progress, it became more enjoyable. I could even hear my little one laughing while watching it. She didn't fall asleep inside the cinema house. The story was about a pet lizard who spent his life in an aquarium with no other living things with him, just some plastic toys. He doesn't even know his name but his life changes and his journey begins when he fell off the car where his aquarium was. While searching for a place to stay, he reached the town called Dirt where different creatures live there and are battling for survival. Here he decided to blend-in in the hope of creating his identity and knowing what he is truly worth. Johnny Depp's voice was perfect for the role! No dull moments, it has enough actions and has a lots of comedy scenes! For sure, kids and adults will enjoy this flick. My little tot since then has been requesting for a copy of it so she could watch it again at home. And she had been imitating Beans, the female friend of Rango's mannerism :)

How about you, what's the last movie you have seen?

How old is your daughter? You think my 2-years-and-9-month old girl will appreciate it too? I'm now so curious to see it!

A TOUCH OF RED

They say that just one touch of red
Will put big, bold thoughts in your head.
So scarlet’s for you,
And burgundy too,
And cardinal and carmine—‘nuff said!

The last movie I've seen is Convicted starring Hillary Swank.
Johnny Depp is a great actor and he can play uncanny weirdo characters like these with credible performances and depth as well as drama roles.
I love him since his 21 Jumpstreet days when I was a teenager.
