How can TW Steel Help Your Family When Life Gets Busy?

Life can be very busy and there is so much technology being developed every day. Sometimes it is hard to take out time for the family and do things that really matter. Sitting your family down and coming up with a plan to schedule time together is the best course of action to take to get things started.

Last month was my anniversary and I wanted to get my husband a gift that he would remember. He is not one to get involved with fashion too much, but I noticed that he was in need of a good watch because the one he currently had had some tears in the wrist band. I went to TW Steel and saw a great canteen steel watch in brushed stainless steel with a brown leather band that I though would be perfect for him. The band looked very durable and the face of the watch was large, which I thought would be good because his eyesight is not what it used to be 20 years ago.

There are five kids in our family that range from ages 4 to 17 and, because I have been trying to get the family to spend more time together, I thought it would be exciting to get the children involved in my secret anniversary plans. It was a hit. The children got involved in the decorations and my daughters looked online for just the right cake recipe and they baked one. My sons were busy writing a play that involved all of the kids acting out their parts on our anniversary. And all the kids helped me decide which watch would be best. Who knew that something as simple as picking out a watch could help my family spend time together?

ruby tuesday

Last Sunday we dine at KFC on SM Mall of Asia and I was surprised to see these:

Sorry if these are not new to you, but honestly that was the first time I saw these. It's really nice knowing that they have lots to offer while you dine in there. Cool isn't it?

Pixel Bug weekend button 1
Hello everyone! For local blogger, how's your Monday so far and for most of you, how's weekend? Weekend was kinda busy too and here's a glimpse of it, I was supposed to attend the surprise baby shower we have organized for my friend but my little one was kinda sickie and she don't want me to leave that day. We just had a quick drive to ATC to get my race kit for Adidas King of the Road run but during that day the allotted kits for 5k distance per day were already consumed. So we just ate at Shakey's while waiting for our little one's nanny.

And Sunday, we have attended the Sanuk's Kids Play Fair held at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia. One of my friends' kid will be one of the kids ramp models but unfortunately we were not able to watch the whole show since the little one requested to go home already.

Maybe she got tired after having so much fun playing with her nanny!

This week will be as crazy as last week so please excuse my absence again my lovely blogger friends. I will try to visit you all as soon as I got a chance.

Have a wonderful week ahead!!!

Look Stylish with Platform Shoes

If you want to look stylish and stay comfortable, one way to do it is to invest in a good pair of platform shoes. By wearing platform shoes, you can look great without having to put up with foot pain or feel you are about to fall over due to your thin stiletto heels. Platforms shoes are a great choice for everyday wear.

A typical platform shoe has a high heel at the back of the shoe. The front of the shoe is also lifted and this gives the entire shoe a support base. Because of the way that this shoe type is designed it is very easy to keep your balance while wearing them. This will give you height without having to deal with the angle of a spiked heel.

In the past platforms were generally only seen on the catwalk. Today many women are choosing to wear them in their everyday lives. One of the biggest benefits of this shoe is that there are styles to everybody. Those that want a sexy look for a night out on the town can wear metallic platforms. Students will find that there are many casual platforms that will fit nicely into their everyday lives. In fact, there are even dress platform shoes that women can wear to work and special occasions.

Teens love this look but the beauty of these shoes is that there is something for everyone regardless of age. If you want to buy an affordable pair of platforms, you can do so by visiting the website of an online retailer. If you buy your shoes online, you will be able to get a great discount rate and also have them delivered to your door.

Forever In Blue Jeans

Photobucket

These were taken during the my godson's 1st birthday party. Yes, that was a children's party but apparently basing from the photos below, it looks more like a Valentines' or a Couples' Party LOL! Part of the program was the newspaper game involving most of the couples present during the party and hubby and I were included. I am a bit nostalgic on this one too because this was our first time to participate in games like this. Not because we don't want to, but we were so shy to participate LOL! But last Sunday was different. Maybe because we were really comfortable with the audiences and the other participants too. It was so much fun! And we won! LOL!

Can you tell from the very first that we got advantage?! LOL!
