And...here we go!

1. A cup of tea with non-fat milk and some shots of mint syrup is enough to brighten up my day.
2. A warm and cozy ambience makes a place feel like home.
3. Everything has its beauty inside and out.
4. Do you like the taste of strawberries?
5. Art makes me imagine different things.
6. LOL I just noticed I forgot to wear my shoes when I go down the car to the office.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to a good night sleep, tomorrow my plans include nothing much, just chilling out with my family together with my Dad, Sis and my Bro since we'll be spending a night with them and Sunday, I want to stroll at SM Megamall after attending IƱigo's, my new godson, Christening!

By the way, we just got home from the wedding. It was tiring but we have lots of fun. Oh, unfortunately she didn't walk down the aisle for the second time around. She still hasn't conquered yet that part of stranger-anxiety though she was able to mingle with her godfathers and godmothers who were there too without throwing any tantrums. And that I am still so proud of her. Here's a bits of our conversation a while ago:

Me: "Why didn't you walk down the aisle again? Because of that you weren't able to show them your nice gown"
Baby: "It takes too long, maybe next time"
Our kids attention span is really short, and she was right. They have asked them to fall in line several minutes before they have started the ceremony. Maybe next time, we'll just join the line when it's already her turn ;) Photos to follow! I'll just leave you with these, hoping these are enough for the weekend!

Yummy! I can recommend their cakes! :) I'll share a secret about them next time.
Have a wonderful weekend!

I am still joining Friday Follow to  follow and meet other interesting blogs. It is all about sharing and having fun. Thanks in advance for following! I will definitely return the favor when I get back!

Forever In Blue Jeans

These were taken at the stairs of Asian Hospital during her last checkup. This was her way to kill boredom, go up and down on the stairs.

Thursday Thunks #16

Aww I missed last TT! Glad to be back, hope you are too heheh

1. Who is the craziest person in your family? Who do you think? I see where your finger is pointing hehhe

2. If you could make turtle shells any color you wanted, what color would turtles be? I'd like it to be neon pink! So chic!

3. How fast do hotcakes sell? That I am not sure, I haven't encountered an outage of hotcakes yet!

4. Can cannibals be arrested for being under the influence of alcohol if they have eaten someone who was drunk? Now this got me thinking! Maybe not, since the drunken man digested it already.

5. If I had my legs amputated, would I have to change my height and weight on my driver's license? Hmm.. Do you still need that?

6. Where do people in Hell tell other people to go? Go west!

7. Do you make stupid little baby noises when talking to your pets? No, they will understand straight language.

8. Is the light on in the room? Which room?

9. Did the voice tell you that the light is on in the room? My conscience?? For sure, I am not schizo! heheh

10. If you were to name an alcoholic drink, what would it be called? hmm.. Tipsy!

Searching for the Perfect Dress!

I have mentioned on my previous post that we'll be attending a wedding ceremony on Friday wherein our little girl will be the flower girl. It's already Thursday here and can you feel my excitement right now? As if I am included in the entourage hehe As for my little girl's wardrobe, it's already completed. We have her gown, shoes, stockings and stuffs that I will use to decorate her hair. But as for my wardrobe, I haven't bought any dress yet. I went to the mall yesterday to buy the gift and look for a dress that I can wear, but because of some unwanted distraction, I wasn't able to look and buy a dress for me.

But as of the moment I still don't have any idea of what to wear and I know I am running out of time already. I also don't want to end up buying something I don't really like and I could only wear once. Their motif is Greek so I am searching through women's fashion related websites for any dress that is Greek-like which I can use as my reference when I do my shopping later. I am also browsing some celebrity news blogs hoping to bump over one celebrity who's wearing a dress that can fit into their motif.

I have already found some that suits my taste I just hope that I could find one similar to any of those later that is worth including in Fashion Squad's articles, I wish! heheh I am open for any suggestions til 3 AM EST hehe Thanks in advance!

doll shoes

Here's the original photo of our little one's new shoes. I decided to show you the original shot since our carpet, the background, has a touch of Sepia. Now here it is after some editing:

Which is better? She will be using this one on Friday on his Godfather's wedding day. She will be the flower girl. It won't be her first time, but she didn't walk down the aisle during her Aunt's wedding, I just wish she will this time. Or else, I need to wear a gown too heheh

Have a Safe Journey!

Yesterday I was able to bumped into two of my friends who just recently encountered a problem with their cars. One of which was affected by the Typhoon Ondoy, his car was submerged when the flood arises during that time. But good thing his insurance policy has an AOG, covering all the expenses for the damages. While the other one lost one of his car tire's screw while driving which led to splitting of the tires. Luckily he wasn't driving really fast and that he wasn't injured or something.

On times like these I think we really need to consult one of those trusted repair shops since it is our lives that are at stake whenever we are driving. Again, thanks to our technology right now we can be able to search online which of these repair shops should we consider like this Dallas auto repair shops listing. It listed almost all repair shops within that area and give its rating based on the customers' feedback. Plus a detailed information on stuffs that you need to do to your car like brake job, engine check and whatnot. A big help indeed. It also has some reviews on cars like Chevrolet Silverado if you are thinking of buying new or used cars.

Needed or not, I strongly recommend that our cars should be properly maintained and check regularly to avoid unwanted incidents that can happen while we are on the road. It always better to be safe than sorry.

We Are the World 25 for Haiti!

Hello everyone! Big thanks to all who just followed me :) I'm now on my way to your blogs too :) Sorry for the delay, but rest assured I'll definitely return the favor!

On the other note, I know I am kinda late in posting and sharing this, but as what we always say, better late than never! I admire how all these artists used their talents and united as one in helping our all our brothers and sisters in Haiti!

I remembered our own OPM (Original Pilipino Music) artists did they same thing for Ondoy/Pepeng victims. Here's the video directed by Dante Nico Garcia and the song was composed by Ogie Alcasid.

New Look!

Just a few days ago, I was able to accomplished one of my to-do tasks when it comes to fixing my blogs. That's changing my layout! Did you like it? I have been wanting to organize my sidebar so it won't be such a pain in the eyes every time you visit me. I have been delaying that because I thought it will take a lot of time and effort when changing my layout, but I was wrong. Changing didn't even last for an hour! :)

Now I am back again into contemplating if I will be upgrading into my own domain. I have always been dreaming having one, but according to my research there's a lot of things you need if you will consider getting your own domain. One of those is you need to look for a webhosting providers that will host all your files. There are lots of webhosting providers out there so you really need to look for one that affordable, but provides great services. I have seen some offers and packages which include at least one free domain name upon registration. Interesting right?

But I guess having my own domain won't take place yet in the next few weeks as I need to do some more digging on its pros and cons. Just stay tuned!

Hi everyone! How was your weekend? Ours was just fine. As I have mentioned on my Friday post, our Saturday afternoon was spent in the hospital for our little one's checkup. Then on Sunday, we were supposed to go to SM Sta Rosa since they were having a 3-day Sale since Friday, but when we're just a few kilometers away, we opted not to go back because of the heavy traffic. Everyone were literally making a U-turn to go back because the traffic wasn't really moving. We just went to SM Southmall instead, stay there for a few hours and headed to Festival Mall to hear the mass.

Oh by the way, I will be visible on the blogosphere on a later time. Thanks all for the warm visit and leaving some love. I will get back and visit all of you later :) Ciao!
