How to: Create Your Own Button or Badge

I learned and created my own button or badge with the help of Tina, The Blog Fairy's article. And now it's my time to share because I know most of you would also love to have your own button or badge. Here's how:

• You need to design first or create an image for your button. You may download for free or create one for your own using any image editor such as Photoshop etc. You can also opt to use just a text. Set it to a size that will fit in on where you wanted to put your button. Mine is on my left sidebar, you can right-click on it to check it's dimensions. Then upload it to any web image free hosting services like Tinypic or Imageshack. 
• Then share it with HTML, on your blogger account, click on Layout, then Page Elements, Add a Gadget, then the Html/Javascript option. Copy and paste the code below:

<img src="http://yourphotolocationhere.jpg" /> <br/> <textarea rows="2" cols="15" style="text-align:left"><a border="0" href="http://www.yourblogname.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://yourphotolocationhere.jpg" /></a></textarea>

• Make sure that you replaced this portion of the code (http://yourphotolocationhere.jpg) to the URL of your image and also this line to (http://www.yourblogname.com) to your blog's URL.
