Mellow Yellow Mondayand Blue Monday (366/16-22)

Hola! How's everyone's weekend?

My week was packed with mostly school stuffs since this term is about to end. Both subjects' final requirements will be til next week and I guess that will still eat most of my time this coming week. Anyways, here's the highlights of our days last week:

 We have already processed the renewal of my passport together with hubby's and our little tot's new application. It will be available I think first or second week of February. Then the following day, this was one of my cravings. It's a milk chocolate, but I am still wondering why I gained 1kilo! Argh!

 Thanks goodness last Wednesday this road was already passable. This had eased the flow of traffic on that area. Then Thursday was our last session for my FinMan class and as always during course completion, we end it by a dinner with the whole class. We ate at Kanin (Rice) Club in Paseo de Sta. Rosa. We have fun!

Meet the Powerpuff Pigs (named by my little tot), the two new guinea pigs were from my little tot's field trip to BioResearch last Friday. It is a large pet shop that accommodates school for tour. I don't have photos of their trip because it was hubby who accompanied her and he forgot to bring the camera. Then Saturday, I took a shot of my everyday companion especially during long drive especially last week, I have two days of long drive.

Yesterday, was family bonding time! After my night duty, we have attended the morning mass then went to Alabang Town Center to have our lunch. We ate at Bonchon which was located to the newly renovated wing of ATC (will create a separate post on this) then after that we went straight to Festival Mall for our little tot's dental appointment. We just stroll a little bit after that, just making the most of my rest day :) I super love family bonding!

Mellow Yellow Monday, Blue Monday and Ruby Tuesday (366/9-15)

Hi everyone! How are all of you? 

We're already halfway in January and time is really just passing by! Especially when you plates are full things that need to be done. As mentioned on my quick note, I was so busy last week and here's a glance of the happenings last week:

I have changed my rest days starting last Sunday from Tue-Wed to Sun-Mon. So I was able to do some errands last Monday then since our little tot finished her 3rd quarter assessment exam in a few minutes and got a perfect score, as a reward, we did watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 3. It was a great and enjoyable movie (review to follow) and we are so glad that she enjoyed it. Then Tuesday, I have tried this Parmesan chips from Tagaytay. It's like Parmesan molded into chips. I have enjoyed it but not that much. Parmesan is good just for toppings and not for a snack, for me!

 Then Wednesday, here's the first set of McD's Happy Meal toys that I have completed for this year as requested by my little tot. Now I am intentionally avoiding McD's til next set. Then Thursday, our class of Financial Management went to Philippine Stock Exchange in Ayala, Makati as part of the course's requirements. We were oriented regarding trading and investing of stocks, and after that short orientation, I am thinking and planning of trading and investing, soon!

I have received two membership cards last week. I got my Nestle' Club Membership card last Friday and my Belle de Jour Power Card the next day.

On a sad note, last Friday my grandmother (mother's side) passed away after she underwent a heart surgery in a hospital in San Diego, California :( It was so abrupt! We are still mourning but I know we have to move on. She's with our Creator now and with my mom and as one our angels.

Then yesterday was my mother-in-law's birthday. We have a small celebration at home with hubby's siblings.It was fun with lots of food!

I am Still Here!

How are you all? I have been so overly busy not just at work but also in school that I am so behind my blogging obligations! I apologize if I miss your blogs recently. I will try to head to all your blogs in a bit. I just want to say Hi and give a quick recap on what's going in my life right now.

Recently, I have been rendering an overtime at work due to number of tasks and workloads that need to be done. I also got a few trainings and meetings that need to attend to. Not only that, there were some scheduled meeting and trainings as well not just at work but in school. Thanks goodness, with all these automated billing system that I have subscribed with, I don't need to go through long process of manual payment of my recurring payment or bills. Whoever thought of these recurring billing software was indeed a genius. These software allows busy people like me to not miss any payment's due date. No effort at all unlike the usual manual payment of bills that you need to go to the payment center to pay your dues. It is really such a relief!

Anyways, that's it for now as I have to run to the grocery to buy some things! I will try to blog more in a few hours.
